When do orders close?
Orders for Sunday market pick-up close every Thursday at 2:00pm.
When are the cookies baked?
All cookies are baked fresh to order — never in advance, never frozen. Market pick-up cookies are baked fresh for Sunday.
How should I store my cookies?
Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months — just let them thaw at room temperature or warm them in the oven for a few minutes for that fresh-baked feel!
Pick-Up — how does it work?
Pick-Up: Collect your cookies in person at Akoonah Park Market, Berwick every Sunday between 8:00am – 1:30pm. Orders must be placed by Thursday 2:00pm. Free of any shipping costs!
Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! When building your Mix 'n' Match box, you can choose any combination of our available flavours. If you have a special request or want to add a gift note, just reach out via our contact page before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
What if I miss the Thursday 2:00pm cutoff?
Orders close strictly at Thursday 2:00pm to ensure every cookie is baked fresh for Sunday pick-up. If you miss the cutoff, keep an eye out for the following week's order window — we'd love to bake for you next time!
Do you cater for events or bulk orders?
Yes! We'd love to help make your next event, celebration, or corporate occasion a little sweeter. For bulk or event orders, get in touch at cookiesbycode@gmail.com and we'll work out the details with you.
Allergens — what's in your cookies?
Our cookies are made in a home kitchen and may contain traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. All of our current flavours contain butter, eggs, and flour (gluten). If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you properly. We take allergies seriously and want everyone to enjoy their cookies safely!
